1. Initiating Candle (Blue) with RED background
- On a larger tick chart, you receive an Initiating Candle (Blue Candle).
- The background on that chart must be Red.
2. Initiating Candle High Must Hold
- After the Initiating Candle appears, no candle can close above the high of the Initiating Candle on that same chart.
- If a candle closes above the Initiating Candle's high, the setup is nullified.
3. Higher Tick Chart Trend Confirmation
- Move 2 or 3 charts larger than the chart where the Initiating Candle occurred.
- On those larger charts, look at the BJT Go Broke Indicator.
- You want the BJT Go Broke Indicator to be Red or Grey.
- This provides a larger tick chart, trend confirmation for the potential short.
4. Confirmation Candle (Yellow)
- Now move to the tick charts smaller than the Initiating Candle's chart.
- Look for a Confirmation Candle (Yellow Candle).
- The Confirmation Candle must appear with a Red Background.
5. BJT Entry Indicator + BJT Take Profit Indicator (Rolling Down)
- On the smaller tick chart where you received the Confirmation Candle, look at:
- BJT Entry Indicator
- BJT Take Profit Indicator
- You want to see both indicators rolling downward.
- They do not necessarily have to be red and blue immediately.
- They may initially still be green and white, as long as they are visibly rolling down.
- The ideal progression is for them to transition into:
- BJT Entry Indicator (Red)
- BJT Take Profit (Blue)
The movement should have a smooth, downward-angling appearance as the lines change from Green to Red and White to Blue.
SHORT SETUP
The Confirmation Candle is not the trade entry by itself. The quality of the setup is determined by the relationship of what the BJT Entry and BJT Take Profit indicators are doing after the Confirmation Candle appears. You want to see that smooth downward roll, alignment and color change.
